About

  • Do you ever feel like your neck muscles are too tight or that your head feels heavy as you’re sitting at your desk?

  • Do you find that after being on your feet for a while you need to sit down to take the load off your back?

  • Do you have difficulty squatting down to the ground to lift a child or pick up a golf ball?

Hi! I’m Dr. Greg House and I’d like to introduce you to my orthopedic wellness program. These programs are all

about helping you to feel and move better. As a certified orthopedic specialist, I’ve spent years studying medical

research to offer an evidence-based therapy approach for my patients. I use therapeutic exercises every day to

dramatically improve the quality of life and relieve pain for my patients.  It is now widely accepted among physical therapists

that these same exercises can be used to prevent pain for you and improve your quality of life as well. That’s why I’ve put together 3 programs to address the most common musculoskeletal issues that exist in our society.  Simply pick the program that focuses on the areas you would like to improve. - Dr. Greg House, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT

Our programs are intended to provide you with a relatively short and focused, but well-rounded set of exercises.  We do this because we understand that we all have busy lives and it’s incredibly important that you aren’t overwhelmed by a lengthy program. We’ll focus on the best exercises to target the most important areas you need to strengthen or stretch.

Keep in mind that each unique program takes on a progressive approach based on 3 phases. Phase 1 of each program addresses the basic stretches and exercises which will serve as a foundation that will be built upon during phases 2 and 3.  If you choose to progress to phase 3, get ready for a challenge because at that point we’ll be showing you some more advanced exercises.  After the phase 3 program you will have all the "exercise tools" you will need to continue with a long-term independent program.  Please see the FAQ section for additional information.

If you’ve had neck, shoulder, back, hip or knee pain in the past or if you’d like to do more to prevent orthopedic pain then this program is designed for you. You may feel like your body is worn down and that there’s just not much you can do about it.   You may recognize that you need to exercise, but you don’t have time to go to the gym or you just don’t know where to start.  Well, your starting point is right here.  So, if you’re ready, let’s do this!
